the art of adventure
with a zest of wellness
From 8-day mountain crossings and yoga by the most serene fjord, to Pilates in Mykonos, sailing in Sardinia, and dancing the night away at one of the world’s most iconic beach clubs — in a world where the balance between wellness and living well is hard to maintain, the journey to find it should be a daring adventure, not a quest for spiritual perfection.
I’ve found more presence and growth through travelling than in endless stacks of self-help books and workshops. Travel humbles you. It helps you reflect, appreciate what you already have — and recognise what it might be time to let go of.
The concept THE VEXA EXPERIENCE was created with the intention to bridge two of my favourite things - wellness and adventures.
Journeys from the past, but with big plans to do them again
Crossing Hardangervidda — adding the element of wilderness to wellness
Eleven women. Eight days of trekking across the vast Hardangervidda plateau. Blisters, sore legs, kilos of trail mix, laughter, tears — and probably the most beautiful (and brutal) wellness adventure there is
Mindfulness & Movement — The Mykonos Edition
Bootcamps by an infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea, followed by protein-packed Greek yoghurt bowls to refuel. Sangria on a sailboat, ABBA on repeat. Sunset dinners with the girls, more bootcamps, and meditations where the tears were many.Workshops on health, balanced with a night out at Scorpios.
The trip where wellness-meet-wellbeing
Sailing to Wellness — from Sardinia to Corsica
Seven days on a catamaran, sailing from beach to port through coves and the most serene corners of the Mediterranean Sea. Daily movement classes, and daily wine.Meditations that turn into naps, followed by salty swims. The simplicity of living at sea, with a generous dash of Sardinian Blue Zone culture
Nordic Nurture — Retreats across Norway
A curated selection of retreats across the homeland — from the raw moutains of Lofoten and artic surfing in Lofoten, to the yoga by the Hardangerfjord. Wooden cottages with no electricity, silence so deep it becomes a language of its own. Meals shaped by the seasons, days guided by the weather, not by the clock.
